What health means to you, According to WHO definition of health changes day by day. As everyone knows healthy person lives long and an ill person dies fastly this phrase ensures the importance of health.

If anyone is unhealthy he cannot complete his work he requires someone to do his work he is dependent on others just like kids. An unhealthy person should change his lifestyle. He should take exercise regularly add a healthy diet to his meals get enough sleep and add better things to his routine.

We know many senior citizens in our society just compare them the active one and the lazy one who is more productive and seems to be more healthy of course the active one. By doing exercise regularly we can also become healthy and productive.

Physical fitness can be achieved by fulfilling different factors. A man can become physically fit by concentrating on his diet and by focusing on exercise routine regularly. By taking a proper diet, a man gains health and becomes fit by sticking to a workout routine.

Exercise make us active to do work. With exercise our mind becomes healthy and we can work more efficiently. We can choose the exercise which we want to do or we can make a group of friends which go on exercise regularly this thing increases punctuality. By experts, a man should invest his 4% of the day in exercise.

FACT: Everybody doesn't need to exercise a person who is chubby needs an exercise routine. But if a person is hardworking and works hard all day he should save some time and invest this time in meditation.

Maintaining the diet routine is not that easy. We should avoid alcohol, smoking, junk food, etc. To stay healthy we should add pulses, fruits, vegetables, wholegrain, milk, and healthy stuff to our diet to keep ourselves fit.

Mental fitness is also a part of health many readers will not agree with that but that is reality if someone does not believe this then take a look around yourself what are psychiatrists doing out there.

The most common example is that a man is wealthy and healthy still he is not feeling good he is suffering from various problems like anxiety depression he is mentally unfit and needs treatment. He should surround himself with the things which boost him and all the things which encourage him and gives him a good vibe to become mentally fit and change his attitude towards the world.

By focusing on our health we can become healthy and with this tip, we can become healthier and save our money to invest in others for the betterment of them. In this way, we can become healthy and change the world.
