If people with a clear mindset become successful, then why do most people fail in their entrepreneurship? Why are most of them "Wantrepreneurs"? Don't they have a clear mindset? Let's find out why they fall.

Some people want to be an artist, a celebrity, a good student, or anything else they want to be without hard work. When these wannabe people put their focus on entrepreneurship, they are called wantrepreneur! The term Wantrepreneur has been made for the individuals who simply need to be an entrepreneur. Furthermore, the majority of us have some individuals around us who possess all the necessary qualities of a wannabe. Indeed, there is nothing wrong if someone wants to start a business and become successful. Everyone has dreams and objectives. But wantrepreneurs are different.

How can we differentiate between the entrepreneurs and the wantrepreneurs? Differentiating between Wantrepreneur and Entrepreneur is easy. Moreover, it’s not difficult for wantrepreneurs to be a successful entrepreneur. Because they already have plans. But ironically, wantrepreneurs think of them as entrepreneurs and don’t change themselves. Here’s how you can get to know about these wannabes or yourself. If you think of any of the listed things, then you are a wantrepreneur and you have to change yourself to be a successful entrepreneur.

Each startup needs cash to endure. Each organization needs cash to develop. But in any case, money isn’t the only required thing that characterizes the achievement of a successful entrepreneur or an organization. There’s something else entirely to it. Wantrepreneurs think that they only need cash to start a business. Also, if they had sufficient cash, they might have handily dispatched their ideas to become industry pioneers. Indeed, if cash were the only thing needed to maintain a fruitful business, successful brands couldn’t ever have failed. We as a whole realized that probably the greatest organizations flop even today.

One of the critical contrasts between a wantrepreneur and an entrepreneur is his planning. A wantreprenur stays hanging tight for the "Ideal Time". And an entrepreneur sits tight for the opportune time. Be that as it may, when there’s a need, he dives in and strives to become successful and change his future. A wantrepreneur, then again, sits tight for the ideal time. In any case, according to him, the time was never ideal for him to start the jump.

Reading stories of successful people is good for getting inspiration. The story about successful people excites wantrepreneures too. But an entrepreneur looks for stories of failure too. He knows that it’s normal for a business to have ups and downs, and he might end up failing. He reads about them and learns to tackle failure. Wantrepreneurs, don’t do that. That’s the difference in their inspiration. They only read successful stories and dreams about them.

Luck exists. We have known about entrepreneurs being fortunate. Luckily, some of them were at the ideal spot, at the ideal time. What’s more, that is sheer luck. We often heard or read examples of overcoming adversity of lucked-out entrepreneurs. But we never try to understand how these successful entrepreneurs worked hard before being “Lucky” and successful as well. Luck will work only after your hard work.

You keep changing your plan and ideas for your startup. If you do, then you’re a wannabe type. Successful people don’t change their plans easily. They make a plan and start working according to that. If you fail even after working hard, then you can change your plan. But without working hard, continuously changing plans won’t make you successful.

Some of the biggest business deals are done over drinks. Now you may ask what is so wrong with drinks and bars? Well, there’s nothing wrong to celebrate entrepreneurship, victory, or deals in bars. But when some individuals carry out these discussions in bars, and that’s where the discussion ends as well, you know it’s a wantrepreneur in the making.

Shocking, right? Wanting to make money is not the problem. But when you want to make money in a way just because someone else made a lot in this way, that’s where you become a wantrepreneur. If you’re doing a business that you’re not passionate about, that means you’re doing that only to make money. You can’t run long with businesses you’re not passionate about. So, never think about other’s plans of making money. Make your plan and follow that.

One of the other greatest bad habits of wantrepreneurs is they are not focused on their plan. Beginning with, I need to travel, I need opportunity, I need abundance, etc. Don’t dive into an ocean of plans, be focused and start working. Someone who became successful doing business "A" doesn’t mean you should also do business "A" with no genuine reason other than self increase. You need to be focused on your goal.

Well, now you realize how to detect the entrepreneur who is a wannabe. You also know whether you’re a wantrepreneur or not. It is difficult, it will characterize personally who you are, and there is nothing of the sort as an ideal thought or the perfect time. Consistently is the ideal day, and each thought should accompany an idealized execution. And you might not get successful everytime because, in the realm of business, the objective isn’t to hit the nail on the head with the first run-through, yet to make it work period.
