The Workings of Voice Broadcasting

Voice broadcasting is a type of mass communication in which voice messages or outbound calls are sent simultaneously to numerous phone numbers. This service, which can target specific contacts or groups of people, is offered as a component of the CMS mass notification system.

Voice broadcasting is legitimate as long as you only communicate with those who have given you their consent. Voice broadcasting that is legitimate (legal) and spam robocalls are distinguished by the presence of consent. Robocalls from spammers are unwanted.

Although automated outbound calls produced by a voice broadcast system are technically robocalls, most people don’t think of them in that way because robocalls have come to have a bad reputation in recent years due to an increase in unwanted spam calls.

Simply put, a robocall is an automated phone call that plays a pre-recorded message.

You must only upload contacts you have permission to contact, as required by CMS and other respectable voice broadcasting providers. It is not permitted to send spam using our platform.
